Experience

• Act as programmer, consultant, and project manager for a variety of clients [see Project Highlights for examples]
• Program multi-tier applications, mostly in Microsoft languages with heavy emphasis .NET (both VB.NET and C#, versions 1.0, 1.1, and 2.0)
• Participate in all phases of application development, including requirements gathering, application architecture, database design, prototyping, programming, testing and deployment
• Responsible for architecting application databases (MS SQL Server) including but not limited to: database design, table structure, writing stored procedures, triggers and views, and data processing and manipulation
• Work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality, low defect web applications

• Implemented a new structure for the research assistant's web page that was more appealing and more interactive using Perl CGI scripts
• Was responsible for weekly charts and tables that presented status of the economy to the economists
• Renovated the administration's recruiting web pages so that changes made by the administrators could be made directly from the web site and updates were immediately available to all three divisions at the Board of Governors
• Worked with economists to prepare the forecast of labor data
• Was responsible for weekly charts and tables that presented status of the economy to the economists
• Prepared the special packet of economic data for the pre-FOMC meeting, used to help Chairman Greenspan determine interest rate changes
