At this point, I've almost reached my fundraising goal! With your help, I've raised $1,975! And I crossed the 1,000 mile mark this week through my daily commutes to work. This week was gorgeous weather and I enjoyed being outside. I knew I'd be going to NY this weekend so I wasn't going to get in the normal weekend riding that I do.
New York was a blast! I went to see Avenue Q (a must-see!) with my family on Saturday and then went out for dinner and drinks with some college friends, most of whom I hadn't seen in years! Because of the crappy weather on Saturday, I didn't feel I had missed much. But the weather on Sunday was glorious and I was a bit bummed that I missed the Davidsonville ride.
Because I was away, there are no pictures this week. But this Saturday is the culmination of all the riding and there will be tons of pictures and huge write up. Thank you all so much for supporting me in this event - I've had a fantastic time and look forward to the big ride this weekend.
